You have no idea how much I love this picture. o____o

So, let's start from the beginning. A couple days ago, after finishing an art picture for school, I experimented with the watercolors and basically came up with the background of this. Theeennn. I drew the foreground and had to trace it onto that paper with my lightbox. It was painfully difficult, because the watercolor paper was so darn thick that even a picture outlined in pen wouldn't show up unless I stared at it really hard. And I went over the lineart a whole bunch of times with a really bold pen. And then colored it with markers (it looks a lot like that part is watercolor too, but don't be fooled. xD)
It's actually outlined in a really light pink marker too, if you notice. :3

And there you have it. I seriously haven't been so proud of a picture since... since my Skeeter colored pencil picture... <3

I know the anatomy isn't perfect, but this is good for me, especially considering the pose is something out of the ordinary. The left leg is too skinny at the top, I know. Don't remind me. Some of the claws aren't showing because the fingers are BENT. Kay? :3


As to what this is, I really have no idea. Just some anthro big cat of some sort that just popped randomly out of my head. Who knows, I might make her into a character some day... -shrug-

Oh yes. jpeg quality=suckage. Sorry... MS Paint gives horrible quality, but it's the only thing I have to work with on this computer.
So, there you have it.
Mixed media if I ever saw it. Watercolors + pen + marker = one picture that Nilla is damn proud of. :3
