I'm totally submitting my big stack of art WAY out of order now, but it doesn't matter much I guess. xD

I FREAKING LOVE ARCHAEOPTERYXES.
Therefore, I speedpainted one last night. WELLL, not REALLY one, seeing as I used no reference and only loosely got the features right, and it's a rather dark and skeletal kind of creature anyway.

But um... I think he's adorable (in a creepy way?)

I think he's one of those weird genetic creations in Nilla, Vahn, Sarcelle and Mag's world.
KINDAAAA makes me think of pokemon and how they resurrected fossils to make new pokemon? (WOW, I'M A DORK)

but srsly. WHY CAN'T WE STILL HAVE THESE GUYS FLYING AROUND IN THE WORLD?
If they ever start resurrecting extinct animals, well... you know what. I want a pet archaeopteryx.

I think I'm going to draw this fellow some more... except try to get the archaeopteryx anatomy A LITTLE BETTER, hahaha.
So I guess he's a "new character" HURRRFF

and believe it or not, I've decided this guy is actually REALLY AFFECTIONATE AND LOVING. Yes, he eats fish bones, but GOSH DARNIT HE JUST WANTS SOME LOVE. :C
