MY WISH FINALLY CAME TRUE.
It's been practically blizzarding ALL DAY.
And the best part is, it was 75 degrees F yesterday. TEXAS YOU ARE SO WEIRD. AND I LOVE IT.

oh, on another note, I saw Avatar yesterday. FREAKING AMAZING. It's like the world in my head materialized. I WANT TO LIVE ON PANDORA. FFF

Well, I'm finally done with everything... I've officially completed my first semester of college, yayyy! And I'm back at home again for the next 2 weeks.

So I've got a bunch of stuff yet to submit, including my series of 50 drawings (which is some sort of wordless graphic novel) I'll try to space those out so I don't flood your inbox with the adventures of Mr. Foxalope (I... need a better title...) xD

NOW I'll be finishing the commissions I owe, then doing as many christmas gifts as possible. So much to do!

Also, I finally got around to making a youtube account, and just now uploaded my animation final for my 2D class.

Anddd I decided that I'm going to try the cheaper, easier modge podge method of screen printing before I invest in any fancy, expensive chemicals and machinery. Thanks to everyone who gave me advice, and wish me luck! ;]

SO UMM... Pretty much the major thing I'm thinking about asking for for the holidays is SOME kind of screenprinting kit. You see, I'd really like to be able to produce t-shirts/bags with my designs on them, which I can start selling during the summer of 2010. The problem is, I know almost nothing about screenprinting!

So I've been hoping to find some kind of good screenprinting kit that I would be able to use in my own home, since I won't have any access to fancy darkrooms or anything like that.

If anyone knows of some good screenprinting stuff that could be ordered online somehow, that would be WONDERFULLY helpful!


(and okay, seriously, it was very unrealistic of me to expect myself to stay off the internet when the temptation is RIGHT THERE. It never works. xD)

AND I have a bunch! A BUNCH. of art to post, once I actually have time to do that. There will be the 50-drawing series, as well as... more surprises.

I interrupt this hiatus that is not really a hiatus to tell you all that IT IS SNOWING AND I AM A VERY EXCITED TEXAN-IN-RHODE-ISLAND RIGHT NOW.

First of all, thanks to everyone who gave me advice on art programs. That helped a lot.

Nooowwww, I'm going to have to try to break my internet addiction for about 10 days so that I can finish the massive load of work that I must do. NO ORDINARY HUMAN CAN DO THIS MUCH ART IN THIS LITTLE TIME. I can never stay completely off of the computer, but I pretty much won't be very active. xD

When I return, much gift-making, catching-up-on-commissioning-and-trading, Weird-animal-of-the-monthing, submitting of the massive amounts of artwork referred to above, and MORE fun.
